Led the creation of Operatic's initial Figma component library which resulted in a significant increase in design efficiency.
Managed the team's expansion by drafting job descriptions and overseeing the hiring process for writers, videographers, and art directors.I also contributed to the development of brand guidelines and played a key role in strategic pitches for B2B and pharmaceutical clients such as Cold-FX and AstraZeneca, ensuring that their visions and goals were aligned with our proposals.
